Solar Serena Sunrise boasts 175 new homes with landscaped gardens and courtyards. This project will aim to support the residents and incorporate a newly furnished community centre.

This project is one of many regeneration projects Havering London Borough Council are implementing across London with the aid of Wates.

Gamma Systems has been awarded the next step in the regeneration plan and will continue to supply the following disciplines and assist with the design and installation.
