Gascoigne West Phase 2 is part of the latest regeneration scheme in and around London, bringing a modern approach to residential living. This project consists of 386 new apartments across the five towers located in the heart of Barking.

This scheme will include landscaping of the grounds, as well as promoting urban nature and biodiversity, is designed for resilience and integrates green infrastructure.

We are ecstatic to be granted the third instalment of the regeneration plan and have been awarded the following disciplines to assist with the design and installation.
