Gascoigne East Phase 2 is part of an extensive redevelopment of the area on behalf of Barking and Dagenham Council, this will add 382 apartments across nine blocks and surrounding recreational grounds.

Phase 2 apartments are of mixed tenure throughout, with shared ownership, affordable and privately owned.
